All powered Golf Carts and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicles in use on Pocono International Raceway property must be registered. Registration will be proven through a Golf Cart and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicle Permit which must be affixed to the approved Golf Cart and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicle on the front driver’s side in the lower corner of the windshield or front hood.  Each permit will be marked with a control number plainly visible to identify the person or company who has registered the Golf Cart and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicle.

2.    Proof of insurance, naming all the required parties as additional insured, must be supplied along with this form and will be kept in place throughout Pocono Raceway’s 2023 Season.

 

3.    The use of powered Golf Carts and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicles at Pocono International Raceway is restricted to business use only.

 4.     Properly registered Golf Carts and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicles are allowed to operate on Pocono Raceway property OUTSIDE the Crash Wall.  INFIELD use is limited to teams and competitors for use in the Driver/Owner Motor Coach Area and on Tunnel Road for the purpose of trips to and from the Registration Trailer located on Long Pond Road.

 5.    Powered Golf Carts and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicles will be driven in a safe, slow, and careful manner at all times while on Raceway property.  Drivers will yield to pedestrians.  Anyone observed driving in a careless or unsafe manner will be removed from the property and have their permit revoked.  The undersigned agrees to be responsible for compliance with all laws & government regulations in the use of the Golf Cart and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicle.

 

6.   Powered Golf Carts and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicles must be driven by a licensed driver over the age of eighteen (18).

 7.   Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any powered Golf Cart and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicle, except for delivery purposes only.  No alcohol is to be consumed by any driver or passenger while the powered Golf Cart and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicle is in use, and no driver shall operate any powered Golf Cart and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

 

8.   Any powered Golf Cart and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicle in use after daylight hours must be equipped with factory-installed driving lights.

 

9.   I agree to hold harmless and defend Pocono International Raceway, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective members, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees, related or affiliated companies, sponsors, trustees, receivers, successors and assigns, are named as additional insured from any and all liability or damages including reasonable attorney fees arising from injuries to person(s) or damage to property which may arise from the use of these vehicles.  I acknowledge that Pocono International Raceway Inc, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective members, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees, related or affiliated companies, sponsors, trustees, receivers, successors and assigns, do not accept any responsibility or liability by virtue of registering powered Golf Carts and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicles.

 

Failure to comply with these terms may result in revocation of the Golf Cart and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicle Permit, the Golf Cart and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicle being impounded and/or forfeiture of Golf Cart and/or Unlicensed Off Road Vehicle privileges.  My submission of this form signifies full and total acceptance of these terms and agreement to comply.
